Where is the best place to park?

Parking is available in the Alvin Sherman Library parking garage. Patrons visiting the Rose and Alfred Miniaci Performing Arts Center must enter the parking garage from one of the two east entrances. Public parking cost is $1.00 per hour.
Parking fees can be paid by using the PayByPhone App or at the pay booth in advance. There are two pay booths located near the elevators in the southeast corner of the garage. You will need your car tag number to make a payment.

When should I arrive for the event or performance?

Our lobby and box office opens one hour prior to your scheduled event, we recommed arriving 45 minutes prior to your event.

What food and beverages are available at events?
-
For ticketed performances, our concession stand offers beer, wine, soda, water and a variety of light snacks. There are a handful of unique dinning experiences that you can enjoy while visiting NSU and the Rose and Alfred Miniaci Performing Arts Center.

Who do I contact if I lost and item at an event at the theatre?

The NSU Public Safety Lost and Found center is located at the Campus Support Building on the main campus.
To inquire about or report any lost or stolen item, call NOVALERT at (954) 262-8999.
Note: A picture ID is required to claim property. Our lost and found center is open 7 days a week from 6AM-Midnight. Phone inquiries are welcome 24/7.

What is the dress code for attending an event?

We have no set dress code policy, yet we reserve the right to deny admittance.

What happens if the show is cancelled due to weather or other circumstances?

If you have any questions or concerns about your ticketed, cancelled event please contact the Box Office 954.462.0222 or email boxoffice@browardcenter.org.
As always please look at your specific events webpage for any up to date information regarding postponment or cancellations.

Are recording devices or photography allowed?

Each event has their specific rules regarding photography, please ask an usher or front of house manager when you arrive.
At no time are tri-pods aloud in the theatre nor any recording of events or performances.

Is smoking or E-cigarettes allowed?

Nova Southeastern is a smoke-free campus so, there are no designated smoking areas in or outside of the theatre or on the campus which includes E-cigarettes.

How do I find out about internships and volunteering at the Miniaci PAC or any of the affiliated venues?
